The Original is Unfaithful to the Translation:*
Revisiting sketches made on post-it notes, some of which were the inception of later-completed paintings, sculptures and installation designs. By translating these small/quick sketches to larger and more developed works, I try to consider Jorge Luis Borges’* translation theory from an visual aesthetic standpoint.
